I am a Managing Director at IncreMental Advantage, a valuation and consulting firm based in Princeton, NJ. I teach several courses at The Business Development Academy. I wrote three books including the only two books that provide an industry-by-industry repertoire of metrics and methodologies to be applied to valuing companies in a wide range of industries.
